When you give someone a gift certificate, you're essentially putting down the cash to let them buy what ever present they want. It's definately one of the easiest gifts you can give.
Before purchasing one of our Gift Certificates, please read our terms and conditions of use below.
Selecting the value of your gift certificate
Select the required denomination to add up to the value of the Gift Certificate you would like to purchase.
For example: for a $250 Gift Certificate, select x2 $100 dollar Gift Certificates and x1 $50 Gift Certificate into your shopping bag. Only one Gift Certificate will be issued with the full amount stated on the Gift Certificate.
By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Certificate, you:

Purchases exceeding the Gift Certificate value
Your Gift Certificate may only be used to make purchases up to the remaining certificate value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the remaining certificate value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
Validity and expiry of Gift Certificate
Your Gift Certificate will be valid for use for one year from the date of issue. Any balance that remains on a Gift Certificate will not be available for use after the certificates expiration date.
To check the expiry date of your Gift Certificate, contact us on (07) 5529 1095, please have your authorisation code ready so that we can identify your gift certificate.
No cash advances
You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Certificate or redeem your Gift Certificate for cash.
Lost or stolen Gift Certificates
Treat your Gift Certificate like cash. Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced or refunded.
Can I cancel my Gift Certificate?
No, you cannot cancel your Gift Certificate.
Sending / Receiving Gift Certificates
Your gift certificate is authorised and sent to the purchasers address unless stated otherwise when ordering. An authorisation code will be stated on your gift certificate which will be required when redeeming your Gift Certificate to identify the Gift Certificate.
