Q and A

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DELIVERY
Is home delivery available?

Depending on the item, home delivery can be available for smaller items and single level cubby models with TNT leave safe option. Or if you are within 100km radius of Southport, we can offer personal home delivery option. Free pick up from our site is also an option.

All forts, outdoor cubbies, beds and 03 plus 04 indoor cubby models are all flat packed onto a pallet and freighted to the nearest depot for customer pick up – pick up with a large ute or trailer would be required. To the depot is usually the cheapest delivery option. The depot will forklift the pallet directly onto the ute or trailer. When you arrive home, the pallet can be unpacked while on the vehicle.

Delivery cost depends on your location.

INDOOR CUBBIES
Can the indoor cubbies be assembled outside?

No, they are made for indoor use only. If they get wet, the board can swell.
We can manufacture the cubbies in an outdoor timber to be used outside. A quote can be given.

PAINTING
Do I need to paint the white satin option?

Painting is optional for the white satin. The board has an mdf centre with a thin white melamine coating on each side making the item wipeable. The edges are uncoated. The edges can be sealed with a small roller and sealer. We sell the sealer kits.

Does the mdf need to be painted?
Yes, we recommend painting the unpainted mdf option
